We do not endorse, verify, or assume liability for the content of any third-party websites linked through our platform. We may, at our discretion, review and remove shortened links that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a high uptime for our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eVaulthub and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
