2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that a shortened link on our platform redirects to content that infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific shortened URL(s) on our platform that you believe redirect to infringing content. Please provide the full shortened link (e.g., https://tools.evaulthub.com/example).
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
You may submit your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent using any of the following methods:

Please note that incomplete notices may not receive a response. Ensure all required elements listed above are included in your submission.
4. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity.
- Promptly disable or remove the shortened URL(s) identified in the notice.
- Notify the user who created the shortened link (if applicable) that their link has been disabled due to a copyright infringement claim.
- Maintain a record of the takedown notice for our files.
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours of receipt.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your shortened link was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We process repeat infringement claims on a case-by-case basis and may permanently ban users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. If you are not sure whether material available online infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.
8. Report Abuse
In addition to copyright infringement, you can report any shortened link that contains malware, phishing, spam, or other harmful content through our Report Page. We investigate all abuse reports and take appropriate action to maintain the safety and integrity of our platform.
